OUR STORY
Nino Ardevi produces its wines in the provinces of Verona and Vicenza, areas in the Veneto region highly renowned for the production of quality wines with a strong personality.
Its wines represent a unique terroir and are the bearer of a long winemaking tradition. Production is carried out with the help of important state-of-the-art facilities that effectively combine tradition with innovation. The grapes destined for winemaking are handpicked following ancient local practices across the 2,800 hectares of vineyards.
TERROIR
Nino Ardevi’s wines are produced in Veneto, a region renowned for the production of high-quality wines due to a combination of geographic, climatic, and historical factors. These elements create an ideal habitat for cultivating various grape varieties, such as Pinot Grigio and Glera for white wines, and Corvina and Corvinone for red ones. The climate is typically temperate, with hot summers and cold winters, which favours slow and uniform grape ripening.
The winery operates across different plots of land and as a result the wines have distinctive characteristics: there are savoury, streamlined wines with a slender structure and well-balanced fruit on the nose and palate; and wines with greater complexity and structure.
OUR CELLARS
Nino Ardevi has several cellars, located in the main production districts of Veneto: in the province of Verona for Pinot Grigio, in the province of Vicenza for Prosecco and in Valpolicella for Amarone and Ripasso. A team of winemakers oversees the entire production process, from vinification to bottling. Modern production facilities ensure a constant supply to customers.
GREEN APPROACH
The winery is deeply committed to sustainability and adopts daily good agricultural practices to rationalize the use of chemical products, preferring natural methods to control infestations and improve soil health. This helps to preserve soil quality, protect local biodiversity, and ensure no chemical residues in the wine.
Nino Ardevi optimizes water resources and adopts renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic panels to power production and bottling operations. It minimizes waste in wine production and processing.
